  1. Identity of Data Controller

    The information provided by the USER in any of the forms contained in this WEB SITE will be included in the database responsibility of INGENIERIA y ECONOMÍA DEL TRANSPORTE, S.M.E. M.P. S.A., (hereinafter, INECO), whose registered address is Paseo de la Habana, No. 138, 28036 Madrid.   2. Purpose of the data processing

    The information that the USER provides will be processed by INECO for a number of purposes, depending on how such data is gathered:

    Manage the contractual or commercial relationship established between INECO and the USER, with the legal basis of the execution of a contract in which the interested party is part of the contract.

    • Provide answers to the applications and the suggestions requested by the interested parties through the forms enabled for this purpose or through the email addresses indicated on the website, with the legal basis of the consent of the interested party.
    • Obtain statistical data from the traffic of the website, with the purpose, and during the time signalled on the Cookies and log files advice, of: sending information by any means, included electronic means, about our new products or services, similar to those originally contracted, or that may be of interest to the interested party, even when the business relationship between INECO and the USER is concluded, with the legal basis of the consent of the interested party.
    • Collection, processing and storage of the personal data will always be done according to the principles established by the law. INECO will develop the necessary actions to achieve that the personal data would never be processed for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, and will ensure that the personal data are appropriate and necessary for the purpose for that was obtained.

    The USER consent to the processing of his data for the purposes described above, without prejudice to the right to revoke the consent given for any of the purposes, according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), by sending an e-mail to dpd@ineco.com, identifying as user of the website and defining their request. INECO will keep the data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

  3. Recipients of the information

    The data that the USER supplies to INECO could be communicated to collaborating companies for the development of the purposes described above, as well as other companies in those cases authorised by law.

  4. Mandatory/Optional nature of required information

    Mandatory data will be clearly identified as such when they are requested. The refusal of providing this information might hinder the service requested by the USER

    INECO informs that the USER may revoke the consent in those cases in which the legal basis is consent, and can contact with the Data Protection Officer and exercise the right of access, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, portability and object, identifying himself as user of the website to the sub-directorate of Administration, Labour Relations and Security, located in Paseo de la Habana No. 138, 28036, Madrid; or by sending an e-mail to dpd@ineco.com.

    You can address the supervisory authority (www.agpd.es) to lodge the complaint you deem appropriate.

  6. Data protection commitment on the APPLICANT

    The USER guarantees that is older than 14 years old and that the information provided is accurate.

    In the case of providing his image, the USER consents to the use and publication in different audio-visual media services at the disposal now or in the future of the INECO.

    The USER agrees to inform the INECO of any modification of the information provided by sending an e-mail to dpd@ineco.com, identifying himself as user of the website and defining the information that must be modified.

    If the USER provides personal data of third parties with any purpose, he guarantees that he has aware them and has obtained his consent for the communication of their data to INECO.

    The USER guarantees that the involved are older than 14 years old and that the information provided is accurate.

    INECO will contrast the consent of those involved by sending a first non-commercial e-mail asking for the verification given on his behalf by the USER.

    If there is any contravention liability of this conditions by the USER, he is reliable for the consequences of the breach.

  7. Security Measures

    INECO will adopt the required technical and organizational security measures, in order to guarantee the confidentiality, the integrity, the availability and the protection of the personal data and the avoidance of any disruption, loss or unauthorized Access to the data, given the constant changes on technology, the costs of implementation; the nature, scope and purposes of the processing, and the special risks attached to the personal information and the rights and freedoms of the USER.
