   www.rsialliance.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE) is a domain registered by RAMBOLL DANMARK A/S, (hereinafter, RAMBOLL) an entity registered in Hannemanns Allé 53, 2300 Copenhagen S (Denmark) and with Tax ID 35128417.

2. Nature of the services

   Access to the WEBSITE is, in principle, free of charge. However, the procurement of products or services through the WEBSITE is subject to a financial consideration.

3. Responsibility of the USER

   The USER undertakes not to use the WEBSITE or the information provided on it to conduct activities that are contrary to the Law, public order or morality and, in general, to use it in accordance with the terms stipulated by RAMBOLL, INECO and SETEC (hereinafter “THE COMPANIES”).

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

   The provision of this WEBSITE service and these terms of use are governed by Spanish law.

   Any contentious issue related to the services provided through this WEB SITE will be resolved in the courts and tribunals of Madrid with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
